ASX announces key leadership changes

Amid continuing focus around its CHESS replacement project the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has announced changes to its executive leadership team including recruiting a senior executive with a technology background.
The company announced that its Group Executive, Securities and Payments, Tim Hogben, would be leaving after 23 years as well as Group Executive, People and Culture, Lisa Green, after eight years.
The announcement said that Hogben would be departing to pursue new opportunities, stepping down immediately to be succeeded by Clive Triance who is currently based in London as a managing director and head of strategic account management at US-based financial technology company, FIS.
Triance is expected to relocate from London and commence in August subject to visa approvals.
The ASX said it was recruiting a new Chief People Officer to replace Green who will continue in the role until a new appointment is made.
