Bravura to lose acting CFO

Bravura Solutions, already in the midst of changes, has announced the impending exit of its acting chief financial officer, Harmen Fredrikze.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on Friday that Fredrikze had tendered his resignation “to pursue other opportunities” but would continue to act as acting CFO until his departure on 8 June, this year.
The company’s latest announcement comes less than a week after it announced a $80 million capital raising.
Fredrikze has been with Bravura since 2014 and stepped into the acting CFO role in January, this year.
The company’s search for a permanent CFO was already underway.
