HUB24 appoints Chief People Officer

Ex-HR Director at Optus, Amy Rixon, has been appointed Chief People Officer at HUB24 and joined its Group Executive team as of February 1.
Rixon has enjoyed over two decades of time in leadership and Human Resources (HR) roles across the FMCG, financial services, IT and telecommunications sector.
The previous Chief People Officer at Frucor Suntory and Chief Brand, People and Culture Officer at the ASX-listed ARQ Group, Rixon was responsible for leading the firms’ people and culture strategies and assisting in the development and delivery of operational outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.
During her time at Optus, Rixon also worked across several HR roles where she directed the organisation’s strategies in line with its people and change management processes.
“Our people are critical to our group’s ongoing success and as Chief People Officer, Amy’s leadership will be particularly important as we position ourselves for future success,” Andrew Alcock, Managing Director of HUB24, said.
