Betashares expands adviser services team

Betashares has announced the appointment of John Bezich to the position of state manager for Western Australia as well as the promotion of Blair Modica to the role of state manager for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Both Bezich and Modica will lead Betashares’ distribution and client services in their respective regions.
Bezich has nearly 15 years of experience in distribution roles with Netwealth, Westpac and AMP, while Modica has nearly six years of experience in distribution roles.
“We’re proud to host one of the largest client services teams dedicated to assisting financial advisers in Australia. The appointment of John and promotion for Blair will ensure our well-rounded team is able to continue meeting the needs of financial advisers and maintain the highest level of client service,” Betashares head of distribution and capital markets, Peter Harper, said.
“As part of our growing team, John and Blair are both on hand as a dedicated resource for financial advisers in their respective home states. Their experience and understanding of the benefits of ETFs will no doubt be a valuable resource for clients in those locations.
“As well as expanding our team, we are also investing in the services available to financial advisers, including a growing range of ETF-based model portfolios, separately managed accounts and the creation of a new Practice Development offering.”
