Boutique investment consulting, research firm grows team
Boutique investment consultant and research firm, Genium Investment Partners, has announced the appointment of Andrew Vong as Head of Investment Solutions.
Former Sales Director at Mason Stevens and Business Development Manager at Macquarie Group, Vong lends over 15 years of experience in asset consulting, platforms and managed accounts to the new role at Genium.
Vong will take on responsibility for developing new and managing existing client relationships across consulting, managed accounts and research ratings.
“Genium has developed a compelling consulting and research ratings offering, which I am excited to be a part of. I look forward to working with the team,” Vong said.
The firm also signalled that Vong’s appointment was the first in a series of talent additions to come.
“We’re delighted to welcome Andrew to the team and excited to continue building a team of dynamic and experienced professionals. We’re experiencing strong growth across our consulting and research ratings businesses and are actively investing to resource the team accordingly,” Chris Lioutas, Co-CEO and CIO of Genium, said.
Lioutas first founded Genium Investment Partners – formerly known as Insight Investment Consultants) in 2013, offering bespoke and tailored consulting solutions for financial advisers and licensees.
