Equip expands executive team
Equip has appointed Brent Retallick as its new executive officer, transformation and technology, where he will be responsible for the information technology team, the project management office (PMO) and the transformation team.
The company said Retallick would bring extensive experience across customer and operations transformations in the financial services, energy and resources industries.
Scott Cameron, Equip chief executive, said of the appointment: “I am thrilled Brent has joined the Executive team. This role is pivotal in the development of our fund, and Brent brings a wealth of experience that will help drive the transformation agenda over the coming years.”
Equip also announced that Alex Harrison stepped into the role of acting chief member officer due to departure of Tania Cumming from the fund after four years in the role.
Harrison, who was previously acting in the head of experience role and comes from strong financial services leadership roles at VicSuper, Bell Potter securities and Orchard Funds Management, had agreed to take on the acting role while the firm would be recruiting a new CMO, it said.
