John Lonsdale named new APRA chair

The new Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) chair is John Lonsdale who has been elevated to the position from his current position as deputy chair.
He succeeds Wayne Byers in the role.
At the same time, the Government has promoted Margaret Cole to deputy chair with Suzanne Smith and Therese McCarthy Hockey being promoted to become APRA members.
Cole will continue to lead the superannuation element of APRA while Smith will move to handling life insurance and private health.

Do you think this bloke will ask advisers what they think of rubbish IP contracts?
