Link extends AustralianSuper mandate

Big superannuation funds administrator, Link Administration, has retained the key mandate of Australia’s largest industry superannuation fund, AustralianSuper.
Link, which has itself been a takeover target, announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that its agreement with AustralianSuper has been extended by an additional two years commencing from 1 July, next year.
The AustralianSuper administration mandate is regarded as the most important held by Link.
The ASX announcement said that under the extended agreement Link Group would continue to provide superannuation administration and customer engagement services to the fund.
