Major superannuation fund administration company, Link Group, has finally broken through towards completing the sale of its UK businesses.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) yesterday that its subsidiary Link Fund Solutions Limited had entered into sale agreements with entities within the Waystone Group.
The announcement said the transaction would see the sale of certain assets of Link Fund Manager Solutions (Ireland) Limited and the entire issued share capital of certain other subsidiaries of Link Group, which together with the business of LFSL and LFMS (I) comprise the FS Business other than its Luxembourg and Swiss entities.
The transaction has been valued at between 110 and 140 million pounds with a target completion date of October.
