Link retains administration mandate from major fund

Link Group has announced that it has entered a new contract with its long-standing client and one of major superannuation funds, Rest, which will see its 30-year partnership extended for another five years.
Under the new contract with Link Administration Holdings, Rest will have an option to extend the five-year term for two additional periods of 12 months each, the firm said in the announcement made to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Link Group said that its Retirement and Superannuation Solutions (RSS) business will continue to deliver administration and engagement services to Rest, including selected digital solutions to provide digital and data capability.
Rest, which services around 1.9 million members across the retail sector and had approximately $70 billion in funds under management (FUM) at the end of 2022, has been a Link Group’s client since 1992.
