AZ NGA pens further strategic deal

AZ Next Generation Advisory (AZ NGA) has inked another strategic partnership deal, this time with accounting and advisory business, Rose Partners, based in Melbourne.
The “mutually beneficial strategic partnership” between the two firms seeks to drive collaboration and support the achievement of crucial goals including plans to expand and develop new opportunities for junior partners.
“We are a mature business with a highly experienced leadership team and ambitious plans to grow organically and through M&A,” Ben Simon, Partner at Rose Partners, said.
“We have the right structure, processes and systems in place to drive efficiencies and growth, and we want to share our knowledge and expertise to create value for our staff, clients and business partners.”
Rose Partners’ client base includes several high net worth (HNW) individuals, families and businesses in the healthcare sector, with doctors, dentists, pharmacists and allied health professionals.
Their services for healthcare professionals include assisting to buy, sell or finance; due diligence, valuations and transaction support; and core taxation services.
Paul Barrett, AZ NGA chief executive, highlighted the recent launch of Rose Management Accounting Services as a key reason behind inking the partnership.
“Rose Partners is a high calibre business with deep specialisation. A number of AZ NGA member firms that operate in the healthcare space have worked with the team there to support mutual clients so there is already a lot of trust and familiarity,” he said.
“Together we can learn from one another and achieve much more than we could individually.”
