Centrepoint adds M&A experience to board

Centrepoint Alliance has added further mergers and acquisitions experience to its board with the appointment of former Shadforth and Colonial First State (CFS) executive, Linda Fox.
The appointment, announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), specifically noted Fox’s M&A experience stating that she had overseen “many mergers and acquisitions, from start-up to multi-billion entities”.
It noted that her previous experience was underpinned by seven years with the Commonwealth Bank Group where her roles included being Chief Financial Officer of Colonial First State and Wealth Management Advice, CFO of the International Financial Services Division and Director of Colonial Services.
It also noted that she had spent over six years with Shadforth Financial Group as CFO and Company Secretary.
Commenting on the appointment, Centrepoint chair, Simon Swanson noted Fox’s depth of knowledge and expertise.
