CountPlus will hold EGM to change its name

CountPlus Limited has announced it will hold the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to change its name to Count Limited to reflect “the nature of its operations as a whole” and the new name will be expected to help facilitate “improved understanding by the market of the company’s strategy”.
In the announcement made to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the firm said it believed the name change, brand transformation and value proposition would help to create “a single, clear brand that differentiates the company and resonates with employees, investors, business partners and clients”.
The EGM will take place on 4 May and the company’s name will be changed effective from the date that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) updates its register.
