DASH adds health insights to advice tool

Wealth and advice-tech developer DASH has announced the integration of a health and wellbeing component into its popular digital advice solution.
A joint venture between DASH and HealthyMe Digital, a developer of online health and wellbeing content, the additional capability promises “bite-sized, accessible content” that can be easily consumed and applied by users.
The HealthyMeWise solution – which includes content on financial wellbeing, mental health, and lifestyle-focused offerings and has been adopted by a number of major Australian companies, including some of the top four banks – will be made accessible to DASH’s current advisers as a white-label solution, and directly to institutional clients already using DASH’s digital advice solution.
The addition of the health content seeks, DASH said, to address the stress of financial uncertainty and its effects on personal health and wellbeing, which, in turn, may exacerbate poor financial decision-making.
“Assisting individuals to look at their situation from both a financial and personal lens means they have a better chance of making long-lasting changes for the better,” said Terri Ho, DASH’s head of adviser solutions.
Ho added: “Our joint venture with HealthyMe Digital endeavours to provide balanced and holistic wellness resources in different formats. This is while being able to access personal financial advice and track their ongoing progress towards their financial goals.”
DASH said its digital advice solutions promise for advisers and superannuation funds a personal and affordable advice capability, helping to alleviate clients’ financial stress.
“Offering a comprehensive solution to this demographic is pivotal in closing the advice gap prevalent in Australia,” DASH wrote in a statement.
