Fitzpatricks unveils business planning service after personnel change

Fitzpatricks Financial Group has added business planning to its range of services available to its advice community, following Jasia Fabig’s stepping down as General Manager of its advice division and into a consulting role.
The firm also announced its group chief executive, Andrew Fairweather, will take on the added responsibility of spearheading Fitzpatricks Advice Partners in the wake of Fabig’s departure.
Fabig will, according to the firm, transition into an “independent high-performance coach for the group’s practice principals”, essentially creating a new dedicated business planning service offering.
Fabig will also assist with performance monitoring, strategy development and execution of growth initiatives for advice principals part of the Fitzpatricks community.
“Jasia has been considering the next stage of her career for some time and this transition allows her to explore her passions while retaining her capability to drive value inside the network in a more dedicated way,” Fairweather said.
“In my expanded role, I’m most excited about working closer with the National Firm Board and National Firm committees, including the Lead Adviser and Community Committees, to take the business forward.”
Fabig will continue in her current role until 11 September, as well as supporting the Fitzpatricks Advice Partners’ National Firm Board, before commencing her part-time consulting work for the group in October.
