New people and culture exec for CountPlus

Australian advice network, CountPlus, has appointed seasoned financial services executive, Raelene Hinchliffe as the firm’s new Group Head of People & Culture.
Hinchliffe’s brings previous experience from senior Human Resources positions at AMP, Commonwealth Bank, News Corp and global professional services firm, Marsh McLennan.
“Raelene is a fantastic addition to our business and will spearhead leadership development and the deepening of the culture and capability of our people,” Hugh Humphrey, CEO of CountPlus, said.
“We are a growing network of more than 3,400 people and the People & Culture function has never been more important to our strategy.”
Commencing the new role in January 2023, Hinchliffe said she was looking forward to joining the network and building on its successful foundations in the industry.
“The opportunity to work with a leadership team and a Board that are committed to making a difference in the lives of the people they employ and partner with is very exciting,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to taking on this role to help shape and grow CountPlus.”
