Padua Solutions acquires Wealth Data

Financial advice technology and services company, Padua Solutions has acquired Colin Williams’ Wealth Data business.
Padua announced the acquisition this week, noting that it had followed a successful capital raise which had been supported by Acorn Capital as a cornerstone investor.
It said Williams would be joining Padua Solutions as part of the acquisition, reporting to Padua’s head of data research and technical advice, Rudy Haddad.
“The acquisition significantly enhances Padua’s capabilities in delivering adviser, superannuation, and SMSF insights, directly supporting Padua’s mission in empowering advisers to build stronger futures for more Australians,” the announcement said.
Padua co-founder and chief executive, Matthew Esler said the acquisition represented a significant step forward for the firm’s vision to deliver the most powerful actionable insights to the financial services industry.
“Colin Williams and his expertise will significantly enhance our offering and our ability to support our clients’ growth and success. The strong response to our capital raise reflects confidence in our strategic vision, and we look forward to announcing additional acquisitions soon.”
