Frances Taylor exits AMP managed portfolios role

AMP Limited has lost one of the key executives supporting its North Platform, Head of Investments and Managed Portfolios, Frances Taylor.
The company last week confirmed to Financial Newswire that Taylor would be departing AMP and that a search had been initiated for a replacement.
Taylor had been Head of Investments and Managed Portfolios since June, 2021, after having had previous stints at both OneVue Group and HUB24.
Commenting to Financial Newswire, an AMP spokesperson said that they wished Taylor well and thanked her for her contribution in helping establish North’s managed portfolio offer.
The spokesperson said the managed portfolio offer would be a continued focus for the highly experienced North team.
“Dipin Arora has been appointed into the role of Head of Investment Menus & SMA on an acting basis while we conduct a thorough internal and external search process” he said.
“Dipin has been part of our wealth division at AMP for close to 14 years and has been instrumental in driving our Investments and Managed Portfolios product strategy.”
