intelliflo delivers research-backed enhancements to advice solution

Global cloud advicetech provider, intelliflo, has delivered two further updates to its solution designed for financial advice practices, after new research from the last year revealed client engagement and experience features were the top-most requested to receive enhancements.
The research indicated that more than one-third of end clients use a mobile device to access their intelliflo portal, with the new push notification enhancement designed to ensure clients receive real-time updates on their mobile and remain engaged at each of the necessary steps of their wealth pathway, including when a document is ready to be signed, a secure message has been sent, or when their net worth insights become available.
The other new feature update, ‘checklist within tasks’, allows advisers to organise their workflows and streamline processes by adding items within tasks – which can also be marked as ‘mandatory’ to efficiently track performance and completion of key steps for end clients.
The two new updates build on the 138 “client-driven” updates delivered last year as a result of direct communication with clients of its flagship intelliflo office solution as part of its ‘Customer-Inspired Change’ initiative, with 79 updates “directly benefitting” Australian users.
“The financial advice market moves at a rapid pace, especially with new technology, AI and changing client patterns, which means there’s an onus on any provider to continually update and improve their offering,” Pria Hussain, Manager of Customer Success at intelliflo, said.
“Through extensive research of our own customers, we know end clients are changing how they engage with the advice process and our new push notifications recognise that. Clients demand immediacy and want to receive updates on anything that affects their wealth in real-time.
“Simultaneously, advisers have told us they value they ability to keep track of their tasks and team in a way that maximises efficiency – our checklist within tasks feature is an important addition on that front.”
