Novigi acquires Iress Super business from Apex

Fast-growing specialist data and technology services business, Novigi has acquired the Iress Superannuation and Consulting Managed Services from Apex Group in the immediate aftermath of Apex buying the business.
Novigi in announcing the acquisition today it represented another significant step forward in the firm’s close collaboration with Apex.
As part of the transaction, over 100 specialised superannuation consulting and technology services consultants have joined Novigi, bolstering its total headcount to nearly 400 people.
Commenting on the transaction, Novigi chief executive, Ash Priest said it was ain integral component of the firm’s growth strategy.
