Activus, Patman partner to launch on HUB24

Brisbane-based wealth firm, Patman Planning Group, has appointed Activus Investment Advisors as its investment management and asset consulting partner to launch its Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) offering on the HUB24 platform.
Michael Patman, Managing Partner of Patman Planning Group, said appointing an external partner allowed the firm to develop their own customised managed portfolios that target the investment preferences of its clients and spend more time providing “better quality” financial planning services.
“Activus has gone above and beyond in making sure that we keep our clients informed with their investments by crafting our relevant investment contents, marketing materials, communication collaterals that are easy to understand,” he said.
“It has been a very positive experience working with Robert and his team in this managed accounts journey and I welcome the addition of their expertise and institutional experience to our investment decisions.
“We look forward to working closely with Activus in enhancing our investment services with our managed accounts solutions.”
Robert Talevski, Founder and Managing Director of Activus, said a partnership with the wealth practice was ideal as the team shows “genuine passion”, takes the time to understand their clients and strives to provide high quality financial advice.
“Having Patman’s own managed accounts would enhance efficiencies of Patman’s Practice and operations, and the managed accounts framework would allow for timely rebalancing of portfolios to navigate market volatility, especially in today’s environment, being nimble is crucial,” he said.
Patman’s managed accounts are now available on the HUB24 platform, as well as all clients of Patman Planning Group.
