Bernard Reilly appointed as Perpetual CEO

The former chief executive of the Australian Retirement Trust (ART), Bernard Reilly has been appointed as the new chief executive and managing director of Perpetual, effective from 2 September.
Reilly succeeds Rob Adams and comes to the role with an extensive background in funds management and financial services including ove 24 years at State Street Global Advisers.
Commenting on the appointment, Perpetual chair, Tony D’Aloisio said it had followed an extensive global executive search process.
Rob Adams will continue his role until 2 September and will present the company’s full-year results on 29 August.
