BTC Markets to launch cryptocurrency AVAX

Australia’s cryptocurrency exchange, BTC Markets has announced the addition of cryptocurrency Avalanche (AVAX) to its trading platform from 5 October.
In May, BTC Markets announced the addition of decentralised finance protocol Aave (AAVE), which allowed people to lend and borrow crypto.
“We are committed to delivering value to our clients whilst maintaining the security of our platform. Each project we list passes through a rigorous due diligence process to ensure the listing is viable and has longevity,” BTC Markets chief executive, Caroline Bowler, commented on the announcement.
“Our client’s account security is our number one priority and after months of due diligence by our team, we are excited to offer Avalanche to our community.”
