Infocus’ Alpha IM funds included on CFS platform

Infocus Wealth Management’s investment management play, Alpha Investment Management, has taken a significant step forward via inclusion on the CFS FirstChoice platform.
Infocus announced the inclusion of the Alpha All Growth Fund and the Alpha All Income Fund on the FirstChoice wholesale investment menu this week, noting that it takes access to the products beyond the Infocus adviser network.
“It provides access to a broader market beyond the Infocus network and responds to strong adviser demand for choice and flexibility in portfolio construction,” the announcement said. “The inclusion on FirstChoice also reflects Alpha’s ability to compete alongside Australia’s leading managers.”
Commenting on the CFS platform inclusion, Alpha IM’s chief investment officer, Jeff Mitchell said it reflected the firm’s growing credibility and market relevance.
“This listing is a direct response to what advisers have been asking for – broader access to Alpha’s portfolio strategies through one of the country’s most trusted platforms,” he said.
“Being on FirstChoice puts us in front of a national audience and gives advisers more choice in how they build portfolios for their clients. For investors, it means access to the same disciplined, research-driven approach that has underpinned Alpha’s success to date. It recognises the progress we’ve made and positions us for the next stage of growth.”
Alpha is currently a Specialist Managed Account portfolio constructor on the FirstChoice Wholesale Super and Pension product.
