Ironbark consolidates multiple businesses under new brand

In the effort to solidify its position as a nationally recognised ‘diversified’ financial services firm, Ironbark has undergone a restructure to bring its 15 businesses under one brand, with three distinct operational arms capturing its advice, private wealth and investment segments.
The new brand identity, featuring parent company, Ironbark Financial Group and its three sub-brands – Ironbark Advice, Ironbark Private Wealth and Ironbark Investment Solutions – brings together a wide-ranging client base and enables the business to deliver targeted wealth management solutions.
Ironbark Financial Group CEO and Co-Founder, Chris Larsen, said the move reinforces the firm’s commitment to delivering on its mission to provide all Australians with access to quality advice.
“We are excited about the role that Ironbark can play in the future of wealth management in Australia. We have built one business that at its core is about being the trusted home for Australians to get great advice, services and solutions, underpinned by strong governance and a fiduciary-led mindset,” he said.
“Bringing our businesses together under a single brand will make it easier for clients and partners to understand who we are and reinforce the breadth of the capabilities we have built over time.
“Over the past 15-plus years we’ve built Ironbark with one belief at its core: when you put clients first and back that with strong governance, great outcomes follow.”
Combining the capabilities of 10 financial advice businesses based in 35 locations across Australia, Ironbark Advice provides a suite of solutions covering all kinds of goals from lending and wealth protection to accounting and aged care.
Ironbark Private Wealth will focus on its range of sophisticated and bespoke solutions for families, entrepreneurs, professionals and family offices to manage their wealth.
Ironbark Investment Solutions is made up of its funds management and corporate trustee services businesses, with the funds management side continuing Ironbark’s history of partnering with global investment managers to deliver solutions for wholesale and institutional investors and the corporate trustee side collaborating with fund managers, consultants, advice firms and platforms to develop tailored funds and managed accounts suited to individual client goals.
