Key investment change at Perpetual as Skamvougeras resigns

There has been a key change at the top of Perpetual Asset Management with Vince Pezzullo becoming Head of Equities following the resignation of Paul Skamvougeras.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today that Skamvougeras “has made the decision to step down from the role”.
It said Pezzullo would commence in the role immediately.
Pezzullo has over 26 years’ experience and has been with Perpetual since 2007 including as Deputy Head of Equities since 2016.
The announcement said that Skamvougeras would continue to work with Pezzullo and the team to support a smooth transition.
Perpetual chief executive, Rob Adams said Skamvougeras had been with the company for more than 18 years and had made an outstanding contribution to the firm.
