La Trobe appointment aims at strategic growth

La Trobe Financial has appointed a Head of Strategic Analytics and Projects in a move which it says is part of its drive to reach $30 billion in assets under management (AUM).
The company announced it had appointed Himanshu Yadav to the new role which represents a step up from his prior role as Head of Business Transformation and Strategy which he began in October, 2023.
Yadav has had an extensive background, including with Bain and Company in India, Woolworths Group and then Brookfield Asset Management.
Announcing the appointment, La Trobe said his ability to connect strategy to execution made him a strong asset for the business.
“This appointment further solidifies La Trobe Financial’s focus on attracting top-tier talent and investing in the strategic capabilities needed to support continued expansion and long-term value for investors,” the company’s announcement said.
“Having seen La Trobe Financial’s remarkable growth over the last two and a half years, I am excited to be joining the team,” Yadav said. “I look forward to helping prioritise and deliver the strategic roadmap and working with and learning from the inspirational leaders driving this business forward.”
