Magellan’s CFO exits board

Fund manager Magellan has announced that the company’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer, Kirsten Morton, has resigned her board position.
The company said that Morton would continue her roles as CFO and COO.
The Magellan board now comprises of:
Robert Fraser, chairman, non-executive director
David Dixon, deputy chairman, non-executive director
David George, chief executive and managing director
John Eales, non-executive director
Colette Garnsey, non-executive director
Hamish McLennan, non-executive director
