Morningstar appoints new manager research lead
Morningstar Australasia has appointed a new Director of Manager Research, Eva Cook, to take responsibility for the firm’s qualitative research on Australian and New Zealand fund managers.
Cook joins from NSW public sector’s selected financial services provider, TCorp, where she held the role of Head of Equity, Partner Selection for three years. She also previously worked at BT Financial Group as Portfolio Manager, Equities for just under 18 months.
“We are very excited to have Eva join Morningstar. Working with Morningstar’s regional and wider global manager research teams, Eva will continue to support investors, advisers and superannuation funds in providing them with independent research and investment insights,” Morningstar Director and Lead of Manager Research Ratings, Matt Olsen, said.
Cook said she was pleased to form part of the Morningstar team and “support… clients and investors”.
