Perpetual names its team to lead a combined Perpetual/Pendal

Perpetual has announced the executive team which will lead the combined group if its acquisition of Pendal proceeds, with the key roles being filled by Perpetual executives.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today that the executive committee would lead the combined group.
Perpetual chief executive, Rob Adams will lead the combined group.
Thereafter,Perpetual’s Amanda Gillespie leading the asset management business in Australia, while David Lane would lead the asset management business in the Americas and with JO Hambro Capital Management’s Alexandra Altinger leading the UK, European, and Asian asset management business.
The company said that Perpetual’s Adam Quaife would lead the global distribution team with Paul Chasemore to be Chief People Officer.
