Three Clime IM directors resign
Three members of the board of Clime Investment Management have resigned.
The company has announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that the three directors who have resigned are Andrew Coleman, Claire Bibby and Susan Wynne.
It said the resignations would become effective from 16 October.
Clime earlier this year divested Madison Financial Group to Infocus Wealth Management.
Bibby, a lawyer, joined the board in 2021, Wynne is an experienced director and Mayor of Woollahra while Coleman, who is Teaminvest Private chief executive, has been on the Clime board for just 10 months.
