Tim Murphy exits Morningstar

Internal changes at research and ratings house, Morningstar will reportedly see the exit of the firm’s director of manager research for Asia Pacific, Tim Murphy.
Morningstar has confirmed to media that Murphy has exited the firm with immediate effect.
Murphy’s departure is understood to be a result of Morningstar combining its manager selection team with its investment team led by chief investment officer for Asia Pacific, Matt Wacher.
