NAB Private appoints former Cbus deputy CIO

NAB Private Wealth and JB Were have recruited former Cbus deputy chief investment officer, Alexandra Campbell as the new Chief Investment Officer.
The banking group announced that Campbell will lead will lead NAB Private Wealth’s, including JBWere, investment strategy across all asset classes, covering all aspects of strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection.
JBWere funds under management increased 15% to almost $50 billion in the past year.
The announcement noted that Campbell is currently the chief executive of a large Australian family office.
Confirming the appointment, NAB Executive, Private Wealth and JBWere chief executive, Michael Saadie said Campbell’s appointment reflected JBWere’s continued investment in its advisory and investment capability.
