Wright and Huddy exiting Zenith

Private equity-owned research and ratings house Zenith Investment Partners will part ways with its co-founder, David Wright and managing director, David Huddy.
The company has confirmed the exit of the pair which is understood to have followed strategic reset.
Zenith is owned by UK-based firm FEfundinfo which, in turn, is owned by major European private equity player, Hg Private Equity.
FEfundinfo acquired Zenith from Australian private equity player, Five V, in 2021 with Wright having been a substantial lead in the business as investment director.
FEfundinfo has had a chequered history in Australia since entering the market as Financial Express just over decade ago having acquired financial services trade publication, Money Management in 2017 before selling it in 2022.
Financial Express became FEfundinfo in late 2018 after it was acquired by Hg Private Equity and joined forced with fundinfo.
