Zenith hires new state BDM

Zenith Investment Partners has announced the appointment of Gordon Roebuck to the newly created Brisbane-based role of Business Development Manager for Queensland.
Roebuck brings 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to the new role, after most recently working as a Business Development Manager for AMP/North. He was responsible for developing and implementing the wealth management sales strategy in the Queensland market.
Roebuck will be reporting to the National Head of Sales, John Nicoll, who said that Roebuck’s history in the financial services space will encourage the growth and expansion of Zenith’s services and enhance the support of existing clients in Queensland.
“Gordon will be responsible for managing the growth in our managed accounts, investment research and asset allocation service offering in Queensland, as well as assisting in developing and implementing our national and state strategies,” Nicoll said.
“His qualifications and experience will be crucial in increasing awareness of Zenith’s product offering, particularly as we move to the next exciting phase of our journey with FE fundinfo. Our combined offering will provide a compelling, premium service for advisers, fund managers, super funds and institutional clients.
“The new appointment comes at a time of substantial business growth for Zenith and with increased demand from Queensland-based clients, the time was right for a dedicated BDM in the state.”
Roebuck commenced in the new role with Zenith on 31 January 2022.
