legalsuper launches digital platform

legalsuper has launched, in partnership with Link Group, a digital platform to strengthen its engagement with clients.
The platform would utilise real-time data to help navigate information and help members actively manage their super or pension online. Additionally, the platform would also offer tailored offerings, communications and services which would be provided via content management system.
legalsuper’s chief executive, Andrew Proebstl, said that the online platform would be a game changer thanks to its features which would enhance personalised experience and provide increased security measures to protect member data.
The new member online platform would be available to all Link Group superannuation clients.
“With super engagement on the rise, we are committed to partnering with legalsuper to ensure the new member online platform continues to stand out from the rest through data-driven, personalised solutions for members,” Dee McGrath, chief executive, retirement and superannuation solutions, Link Group, added.
“We are proud of our strong, longstanding partnership with legalsuper and very excited to bring our latest capabilities to their members, and to launch this market-leading platform together.”
