TWUSuper and Mine Super to become Team Super
The merger of Mine Super and TWUSuper is set to complete next year with the combined funds becoming Team Super.
The name of the combined fund was revealed today with the chairs of both funds describing it as a significant milestone in the merger process.
Mine Super chair, Christina Langby and TWUSuper chair Nick Sherry said the new name, Team Super, reflected the existing industry base of both funds – transport, energy and mining workers.
The new fund will focus on growth across the industry sectors.
