Adviser exam pass numbers still above 70%

The pass number for the Financial Adviser Exam continues to hover just above the 70% mark.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) released the latest exam result last Thursday revealing that 292 people had sat the exam, with 209 (71.6%) passing.
It noted that 227 of those sitting the exam were doing so for the first time.
ASIC said that, to date, 22,611 candidates have sat the exam with 20,923 (92%) passing.
