Integro expands regional WA footprint via merger

Independent wealth management firm, Integro Private Wealth, has moved to enhance its presence and advice delivery efforts across regional Western Australia by merging with fellow WA-based advice practice, Lighthouse Capital Southwest.
The firm said the merger was a ‘milestone’ step forward in its strategy to expand access to “high-quality, professional financial advice” across the WA region and eventually across the country, now with the added support of Lighthouse’s dedicated team based south of Perth in Bunbury.
A statement from Integro also confirmed that it would continue to secure further opportunities to grow the business, through both referral partnerships and acquisitions of existing advice practices, as part of its strategic objectives.
The merger also sees Lighthouse’s Travis Edwards join Integro as a Partner and Private Wealth Adviser, bringing his regional expertise, existing relationships in the southwest WA area and experienced team to the new role.
“As part of our growth journey, we are always looking at opportunities to broaden our reach across Australia, including along the east coast,” Justin Gilmour, Managing Partner at Integro Private Wealth, said.
“By welcoming the team, we are also strengthening our adviser capability and extending our reach into a key agricultural and regional hub.
“Travis has over 17 years of experience working across Southwest WA and beyond and we look forward to welcoming his clients into the Integro team.
“Integro offers access to alternative investment opportunities, including global private market assets and industry leading advice support measures, such as enhanced reporting metrics.”
Integro’s new team based out of Bunbury will also have the opportunity to leverage the firm’s existing relationships with AMD Chartered Accountants and Aviso WA to strengthen their value proposition to clients and better service agricultural and farming clients by offering integrated advice, accounting and insurance solutions.
“AMD plays an important strategic role in helping more clients access professional financial advice,” Gilmour said.
“Our expansion of the Integro team in Bunbury strengthens our shared commitment to supporting regional businesses, families and farming communities.
“Clients in the broader Southwest region will benefit from greater access to dedicated local advisers who understand the unique needs of regional communities, supported by seamless collaboration.
This integrated approach enables better coordinated wealth management, retirement planning and financial protection strategies, helping to deliver better long-term outcomes.”

ISFs having liquidity problems with large unlisted asset allocations?
Yet they didn't lose anyone's money. We have to stand back for a second and wonder just what the hell…
No but they did allow crap products and crap advisers the contribute massively to blow up $1.1 Billion of peoples…
Largely true. However this excellent research shows there are exceptions... ART, Aware, and Brighter.
We wouldn't have Shield et al if regulators regulated Industry Super funds...., if I could give ISF a negative score…
