Integro hires Marilyn Hearne to oversee operations

Integro Private Wealth has made its third senior appointment in months, handing Marilyn Hearne the role of Operations Manager as the Western Australia-based wealth manager gathers pace for its national expansion.
The firm, which surpassed $1 billion in funds under advice earlier this year, announced Hearne’s recruitment on Monday. It follows the appointment of Daniel Secatore as its first Melbourne-based adviser last month, after recruiting Adam McRedmond in January to lead its build-out across the east coast.
Hearne, who boasts more than three decades of experience across banking, finance, accounting and operations, will focus on supporting Integro’s service delivery and internal processes in the role.
Integro Private Wealth’s Managing Partner Justin Gilmour said the appointment reinforces the firm’s focus on building a high-quality operational foundation to support its national growth strategy.
“As Integro continues to expand nationally, it is critical that we continue to strengthen our internal capabilities to ensure we are delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for our clients,” Gilmour said.
“Marilyn brings a wealth of operational expertise across governance, compliance and client service, which will be invaluable as the business continues to grow and evolve.”
Hearne joins Integro from Central Desert Native Title Services, where she most recently held a senior client services leadership role, overseeing team management, strategy execution and service delivery. She was previously Operations Manager, Native Title at Perpetual Limited.
Hearne said she was excited to join a growing business focused on delivering high-quality advice and tailored outcomes for clients.
“Integro has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial advice and maintaining a client-first approach,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to contributing to the firm’s continued national growth by helping develop strong operational processes to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service.”
