John Cincotta joins ANZ Board

Barrenjoey Capital Partners founder, John Cincotta, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Banking Group Limited and ANZ BH PTY LTD.
Establishing the funds management company in 2019, Cincotta has also been a Non-Executive Director since 2022 but will be departing the role from 31 January 2024.
The Chairman of the ANZ Group, Paul O’Sullivan, announced the appointment in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
