The founders of publicly-listed financial services platform business, Netwealth, Michael and Matt Heine have made it onto Australia’s “Richest 250” list published by The Australian newspaper.

In fact, “Michael Heine & Family” are listed at 57 in the publication’s overall ranking and third in terms of personal wealth in the financial services industry behind hedge fund founder, Michael Hintze and IC Markets founder, Andrew Budzinksi, but just ahead of stock-picker Alex Waislitz.

The Richest 250 list is topped by West Australian mining magnate Gina Rinehart with $32.64 billion, followed by another West Australian mining magnate, Andrrew Forrest, with $31.177 million.
