Selvarajah and Davenport to co-lead BFG

Bell Financial Group has announced key leadership changes with Arnie Selvarajah and Dean Davenport to become new co-Chief Executive Officers as result of the retirement of Alastair Provan as executive chairman.
The company has announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that the new independent chairman of Bell Financial Group will be Brian Wilson who has been a director since 2009.
Provan will continue as a non-executive director.
At the same time, Andrew Bell will be joining the board as a representative of Bell Group Holdings.
Selvarajah has been chief executive of Bell Direct since 2008 while Davenport has been chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the group for over 20 years.
Wilson is the former chairman of the Financial Investment Review Board (FIRB).
