Heritage Bank seals life insurance partnership

Heritage Bank has forged a partnership with Australian direct life insurer, NobleOak Life, giving members access to and information about fully underwritten life insurance options.
The life insurance product, NobleOak FlexiCover Life Insurance, will be made available to Heritage Bank members through an online referral model that directs them to NobleOak. It will open to Heritage Bank branches later this year but will still be available only via referrals.
“NobleOak Life puts customers at the heart of everything we do and we are delighted to have partnered with Heritage Bank, an organisation that shares our people centric approach,” Anthony Brown, CEO of NobleOak, said.
The bank also said customers will have the opportunity to take up a ‘First Two Months Free’ launch offer, where they won’t have to start paying premiums until two months after the commencement date of cover if applied for before 30 September 2022.
“Heritage is proud to be one of Australia’s largest customer-owned financial institutions, and we are committed to supporting our members through the different stages of their life journey,” Peter Lock, CEO of Heritage Bank, said.
“We look forward to working with NobleOak to enhance the authentic experiences and overall great value we provide to our members through life insurance.”
Lock also said this was an important addition to the bank’s existing offering to ensure their customers have the opportunity to protect the financial security of themselves and their families.
