TAL’s advice education program delivers new AI, CX courses

TAL’s education and resource program for financial advisers has released several new courses focusing on navigating artificial intelligence (AI) and improving client experience as part of its curriculum covering the second half of the year.
TAL Risk Academy will feature over 75 CPD-accredited courses as part of its H2 program, including an extended client experience ‘learning stream’ that offers insights and practical resources for advisers, administrative personnel and paraplanners to improve their interactions with clients throughout the advice journey from onboarding to claims.
Session participants will also have the opportunity to hear from industry experts on topics including leveraging AI to develop “client-friendly” needs analysis and current life insurance trends such as TPD. The program will also continue to cover more general topics including general advice, demographic trends, retirement, cyber-safe AI advice practices and business insurance.
“Advisers tell us they want practical education that helps them improve every stage of the client journey, embrace new technologies, and create experiences that build trust and lasting relationships,” Jason Bamford, National Sales Development Manager at TAL, said.
“TAL Risk Academy is focused on delivering this for advisers and their teams, with real-world learning they can apply straight away.
“The continued success of TAL Risk Academy reflects the profession’s commitment to evolving with its clients’ needs and expectations.
“Education plays a critical role in helping advisers adapt with confidence. We’re proud to support advisers and their teams with CPD that is relevant and designed to make a genuine difference to the clients they serve.”
The H2 program unveiling comes after the academy saw “strong engagement” across its flagship programs in the first half of the year, with the most popular sessions including Ethics Month in May and Tax Month in June.
