Padua Solutions seals advicetech deal with boutique AFSL

Padua Solutions and boutique Australian financial services licence (AFSL) holder, Finchley & Kent, have inked a strategic partnership to provide Finchley’s adviser network with access to Padua’s full suite of technology-enabled advice solutions and services.
As part of the partnership, Padua’s newly-launched Paraplanning as a Service (PaaS) and Transition Management as a Service (TMaaS) solutions will be made available to Finchley’s cohort, assisting advisers in their delivery of “timely, personalised and compliance financial advice”.
“This partnership signifies an exciting step forward in supporting advisers to better manage their businesses and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Finchley & Kent’s fresh approach to advice aligns perfectly with our commitment to transforming financial advice through innovative, accessible technology,” Matthew Esler, co-founder and CEO of Padua Solutions, said.

Other advicetech solutions developed by Padua Solutions and made available to Finchley & Kent advisers – including the Home, Discover, Compare & Recommend applications – will enable enhanced operational functions for all levels of advice services.

Our collaboration underscores our shared vision to positively disrupt and reshape the future of financial services,” Sam El Shammaa, Managing Director at Finchley & Kent, said.
