Rebranded Lonsec parent announces exec restructure

The newly created Evidentia Group, the product of Generation Development Group’s acquisition and merger of Evidentia with Lonsec Investment Solutions and Implemented Portfolios, has restructured its executive leadership team.
The appointments mark the group’s formal unveiling to market, following the announcement earlier this year that its businesses were to be “strategically realigned” and former Lonsec Group chief executive, Mike Wright, was to be appointed as CEO of the newly formed group.
The group said in a statement that the appointments signal its commitment to the next phase of growth in its managed accounts capabilities and service delivery for advisers.
“We are thrilled to appoint this exceptional team of leaders into new roles as we begin the next iteration of our collective journey to redefine and elevate excellence in managed accounts,” CEO of Evidentia Group, Mike Wright, said.
“Their expertise and shared vision will be instrumental in building the next phase of Evidentia Group, bringing two managed account leaders together to drive a resilient, customer-focused, and future-ready institution.”
The appointments include:
- Troy Swann – former Chief Investment Officer at Evidentia, now Executive Director, Investment Management
- Darren Beesley – Head of Portfolio Management – Multi Asset at Evidentia, now Chief Investment Officer
- Nathan Lim – former Chief Investment Officer at Lonsec Investment Solutions, now Chief Investment Strategist

Besides AI has made these "Research Houses" obsolete. Go use Grok or Gemini.
Only took six months
No way would I pay for the rubbish that comes out of so called rating and research houses. Paying someone…
And people wonder why advisers are leaving the industry (or just getting out of providing any form of personal advice…
All I want to know is how much more will the Adviser sector have to pay?
