CSC chooses Novigi for key seven-year mandate

Fast-growing data and technology firm, Novigi has secured a significant administration technology mandate from the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC).
The CSC has announced that, effective immediately, it will work in partnership with Novigi to migrate data systems for five distinct superannuation schemes and integration of its existing systems to a unified administration platform.
It said Novigi would then support all platform operations for a seven year term.
The arrangement will see seven Canberra-based CSC technology staff moving to Novigi “to leverage their valuable expertise throughout the migration and ongoing operational phases”.
Announcing the arrangement, CSC said the partnership represents the latest initiative in CSC’s transformation program which has already seen the launch of CSC Navigator – a streamlined self-service portal that provides a single view of all member accounts and insurance products.
Commenting on the partnership, CSC chief executive, Damian Hill said consolidating CSC’s systems into one administration platform would reduce complexity and operational risk while enhancing the support the fund provides to members.
He said CSC are confident in Novigi’s expertise in superannuation and financial services will ensure the corporation’s systems are future-proofed while mitigating any key risks.
Novigi’s chief executive, Ash Priest said the announcement reflected the firm’s commitment to becoming a leading systems integration and platform managed services provider.
