CountPlus investment grows Count adviser numbers
Count Financial has grown its number of financial advisers with the announcement today that its parent, CountPlus, had made a 32.75% investment in financial services and advice business, WSC Group.
Announcing the investment, CountPlus said that the transaction would add another three authorised representatives to the Count license.
CountPlus said that as part of the transaction the financial advice business of WC Group, WSC Group Australia – Private Wealth will be authorised by Count Financial.
The company noted that so far in 2022, Count Financial had appointed 51 new advisers as part of its strategic growth.
Commenting on the transaction, WSC Group managing director, David Shaw said it would ensure the firm could access a range of resources and expertise via the CountPlus network.
