HUB24 acquires myprosperity
HUB24 Limited has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of myprosperity Pty Ltd.
The company announced the acquisition today and said the integration of myprosperity with HUB24 custodial and non-custodial platforms was planned as a first step followed by the development of a single client portal for the entire HUB24 group portfolio of products and services.
The announcement aid it was intended that myprosperity would operate as a separate business unit within HUB24 group under its own brtand and leadership team.
The transaction is valued at $40 million.
